Dues are due for 2024 – paid memberships:

Old Business: 
- Next year Gate fee will go up to $45 pre-reg/$50 gate

New Business:
- Don Noone – Requested 50-100 HOAVC flyers to promote our event. Would like them at the meeting at CIV
- Taco Dinner tonight – bring your food to the kitchen after the meeting.
- Need your bottles for the booze raffle

- Spring Fever “American Pie” May 16-19, 2024 – college antics, 2 food vendors, campground adding a shower house
- Three Trails Vans Angry Elf Christmas Party Saturday, Dec 2nd @ 6pm – donation of canned food or monetary to go to Harvesters Food Bank. Free bowling, food, cash bar. Last year donated 500 lb food and $400 cash
- Three Trails Vans Freeze Out Mar 22-24, 2024 – Band Friday, DJ music Saturday, adult games, show n shine, free chili dinner on Saturday, breakfast available for $
- Vanniversary 49 Central Iowa Vanners May 3-5 2024
- Hy-Rollin Vans Howling Van-Pir-Te Oct 11-13, 2024
- HOAVC Monster Havoc Oct 18-20, 2024
- Van Bash at Top Fuel Saloon in Illinois. Date TBD, 1 day van show

- CITA Birthday Truck In 2nd weekend in August
